so I had my 8-days break and I must say, it felt so long. So long that it makes it awkward not going to FMDS for a week ( me so used to my norm routine already)
anyways, Yesterday me and Ross went to sentosa for the sentosa

Honestly, It struck me a little. this is due to some past issues regarding with a "FRIEND" back then.
The fella told me that she/he values our friendship and I was once special to her/him. well, not that I give a damn about it now because obviously the friendship ended soon after but to think of the words " I was once special" it makes you think.. JUST ONCE? sounds like the fella didn't really know how to value people.. You see, there's two ways to interpret it.. one is you were forever special till shit happens or the other thing was you weren't really THAT important coz you only played your part ONCE and that's it you're value is down the drain..
Gosh. Im real thankful that I'm not friends with that person already.. call me anti-social or whatever but I rather keep a friend that's been tried and tested over time than that fella whom I think is god damn superficial..

it all started with a phone call..
nah.. not trying to copy juno or whatsoever here.
but anyways, I was talking to my boyfriend earlier this morning as I prepared myself for church, trying to dress up to look good obviously. I remember telling him what I intend to wear the night before so yea, pretty much the chore's done eh.
and guess what?
I tried on the black spag top with a belt matching it with a pair of jeans and as I stood in front of the mirror I told Ross, "errr.. something's not right, it doesn't look nice at all. should I try the white tank top instead?"
About 20 mins plus we were both trying to figure out which 1 looks nice on me.. sigh
To the point I told him that if these things didn't occur..We wouldn't have found out how indecisive I can be.. such a fickle minded person I am. haha

A week in design school is awesome,the people there are great too not to mention I'm the second youngest in class because most of em are like 20++ (very mature class indeed), Lecturer's are easy to get along with especially David and Shane.
well.. friends? I met like half of the class already and I have my girl buddy, Lakshyya.
Right now, Im kindda busy due to assignments and projects. Im trying to work on my first Advertisement, trying to promote ben and jerry's with my self made flavour "Breeze of Mango" haha.
Oh yea I almost forgot, I also learned how to use illustrator and make my own cartoon character. hehe.. but the process of making one made me frustrated at the start but now, I guess a little more practice and i'll be fine. :)

When I woke up today, I manage to make more sense as to what my boyfriend told me last night, I was feeling emotional due to the fact that I can't believe I'm making such a big step of my life for entering the private route,I can say I was feeling scared that I wont be able to handle it well..yadah.. yadah.. and of course, the feeling of knowing no one at the same time. Feels as though Im a little girl and its my first day in primary school.( haha!) With my fever and sore throat running wild at the same time I couldn't really absorb anything yesterday, I was confused.
So yea, skip the boring parts.. The good thing about design school is that the lecture hours is very relaxed. why? because its 3 hours a day lecture (2-5 p.m.) (for which I guess, they are practicing this quote "teach less, learn more"), its 5 days a week. Monday- Wednesday is the module session, Thursday is project day and friday consultation. The whole place seems to be cozy especially the lounge and classrooms. Lecturer wise.. I've only met one yesterday. I will be meeting the rest later, hopefully. :)
So much for the info. LOL!

hello. well, Good news! I got into the course that I wanted which is Advanced Diploma visual communication ( Graphic Design) at First Media Design School and tomorrow the real deal begins for me. well actually they started lessons yesterday and I'm like 2 days late as I didn't go today straight after enrollment because Im not feeling well.. again! I'm down with a fever and sore throat. (OUCH!)
So yea. Wont be blogging as much as I used to before but I will update time to time. :)

Yes.. the long wait is over. The day finally came. Results were good.
Glory to God almighty!
There's still room for improvement and its not the end of the road. For me its another transition of life, A change that I need to grasp with both hands now.
For a sneak info, I passed 4 out of 6 subjects and I can go to ngee ann poly however, I chose to go the private route as it faster as I see no point "wasting my life away" for 3 years just to get a certificate that says "DIPLOMA" and what? 1-2 years for degree. I'd rather go for 3 years which at the end of it, I will acquire a DEGREE and ADVANCED DIPLOMA.
Oh well, good luck to me I guess. Tomorrow, Me and Mom will go to first media design school and Nafa to check out the school.
What a crazy day.. repulsive and too sudden..

Today was rather different. Me and Ross went to 3 different polytechnics today; namely Ngee ann, Singapore Poly and Nanyang poly. It was a good experience I must say as it was our first time going together especially for the night open house in nanyang. Well, if you were to ask me which open house stood out the most, I say it would be either Ngee Ann or Nanyang. Reason being, For ngee ann it was an eye opening experience for me as we went for the Film and Media studies tour of which its partly related to the degree that I will be pursuing which is Bachelor Of Arts Visual Communication (Graphic Design), It gave me more Insights as to what I would be dealing with soon. Nanyang, is due to the "happening" vibe.. there's loads going on there :)
Oh yea, Me and Ross also decorated heart shaped cookies in nanyang. It was fun.

Well, School started like few days ago and It seems everybody's been blogging about it.. so here's my piece of point views.
Honestly, I do miss going to school as it had been an "auto-pilot" routine for me all these years, and not going this long it makes me feel weird just like everyone else.
Hmm..Yes staying at home and going to school has its pro's and con's that i can't hide.
The few things that makes me happy not going to school anymore is because I don't need to wake up real early in the morning,and at the end of the day feeling dead beat.. what else? Nosey peeps trying to dig stuff from you ( sorry about this but please, get a life! ) However, I am happy with the way my life is now, been using my free time wisely by helping Ross prepare for his ielts exam this coming saturday and monday so I didn't really idle haha! and I managed to catch up with my overseas chums via msn so its all good!
Oh dear.. Time really flies fast these days.. can't help it.
Once you look at your watch,and its telling you 12.30 and the second time you do so its already 2pm.
At the ticking of the clock, O level results will be out real soon. God Strengthen Me.

Twenty-Oh-Nine is here people! phew. Time Flies fast when you're having too much fun eh?Anyway, Finally found the time to blog about My NYE countdown haha and Write my first post for the year.. hehe
Moving on, My New Year's Eve was Real good, as usual Spend it at home. I didn't bother going To Marina bay like the previous years.. Why?
Firstly its crowded! (duh), Secondly I don't like fighting my way out with other "Sweaty and Smelly" people and last is I gotta rush for the last train home which is sickening for me.
This year is different. I stayed home with Ross and My family. It was good because we kind of bonded with them especially Ross. so yea while waiting we got bored so we cam whored.. Check it out!
