hmmmm.. feelin all bored so i decided to watch "What a Girl Wants" and "Army Daze"
I should say it was a blast! i laughed a lot esp. when i was watching army daze.. my goodness.
Anyway, what a girl wants is about Daphne (Amanda Bynes), a spirited young American girl, travels to London in search of her long-lost father (Colin Firth), an influential aristocratic politician. As Daphne attempts to prove that love can conquer all, her impulsive behaviour creates an uproar in high society, where her unique style threatens to undermine the relationship she has waited her whole life to experience.. Overall rating would be 4/5..
Army Daze is a Singaporean film released in 1996. A comedy based on the National Service experience by a group of enlistees in the Singapore Armed Forces. It attempts to portray the multi-cultural flavour of Singaporean society with the extensive use of Singlish. Standard English is also heard, along with Malay, Hokkien and Mandarin, amongst other languages. The tagline of the movie, From Real Blur (Singlish reference to a mental state of confusion) to Real Men also reflects this desire.. Its a MUST WATCH SHOW! though i must say the picture quality is not that good..but overall, this movie rocks.. simple yet entertaining! *Two thumbs up!
